The history and origin of the Aeronautica Militare Collezione Privata brand dates back to the period after the Second World War, when Cristiano Sperotto from Thiene, in the province of Vicenza, founded the first tailoring shop.

In 1960, he specialized in the production of high quality leather garments for men and women. In 1979, after joining the company of the sons of Paolo and Armando Pio, it is founded as Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. For more than 30 years, it produces leather jackets for pilots of the Italian Air Force and for the aerobatic group of the Italian Army Air Force, Frecce Tricolori.

In 2004, they were authorized by the Italian Air Force to sell clothing and accessories with decorations and badges that are authentic and original. Since then, the company has created multiple product lines that appeal especially to aviation enthusiasts, but also to those who seek distinctive style and high quality in the products they wear.
